Platform

One platform. Every phase of the response.

Ten modules share one incident record. When a resource request is approved, the board, the alert and the activity log all change at once, because they are the same data.

Live exampleResource request approved. Inventory on the board drops and logistics gets an alert.
Incidents

Plan every operational period on one timeline

  • Assign ICS positions and see gaps before the next shift starts.
  • Objectives carry forward from one op period to the next.
  • ICS 201, 202, 205 and 214 build from what your team already entered.

Status boards

See the whole region change as it happens

  • Track beds, shelters, fuel or anything else, on a map and in a table.
  • Thresholds turn a facility amber or red and can send an alert.
  • Boards are YAML in git, so they come back exactly after a restore.

Alerts

Reach whoever is on duty tonight

Target an alert by role, county or facility. Stream sends it by SMS, email and in-app at once, then shows you who got it and who answered.

  • Recipients come from the on-duty roster, not a contact list from last year.
  • Ask for a reply and the answers land on the board.
  • Every send, delivery and acknowledgment is logged.

Resources

Track a request from ask to arrival

ICS 213 RR requests follow your chain of command. Approval, dispatch and delivery all show up on the same incident, with a live ETA on the map.

  • Route approvals to the right section chief automatically.
  • Filled requests update inventory on the board.
  • Unfilled requests turn red after the time you set.

Patient tracking

Follow every patient from the scene to a bed

  • Tag patients at the scene by triage category.
  • Hospitals see who is inbound before the ambulance arrives.
  • The family assistance center matches inquiries without seeing the clinical record.

Automation

Stop rekeying data between systems

Pipelines bring in HL7, FHIR, CAD, CAP alerts and CSV files, then map them to your boards. Data agreements spell out what each partner sends and receives.

  • Build a pipeline on a canvas: source, filter, map, destination.
  • See every run with its record counts and errors.
  • Send updates out to the state, partners and webhooks.

Relay

Ask a question, get the number

Relay is the assistant built into Stream. It answers from your live boards, incidents and requests, and shows where each answer came from.

  • Answers cite the board or record they came from.
  • Drafts sitreps and alerts for a person to review.
  • Sees only what your role can see. Nothing more.

Training and readiness

Dashboards and documents

Build the view your leadership asks for

Drag widgets onto a dashboard and share it with the EOC or the executive team. Keep plans, SOPs and IAPs next to the incident with every version saved.

  • Widgets read live from boards, incidents and alerts.
  • Documents keep a version history and an approval status.
  • Share a read-only view with partners or the public.

Magic links

Partners update from a text. No account needed.

Shelters, clinics and long-term care facilities do not need seats. Stream texts the person on duty a link that opens one board, for a short time, and logs every use.

  1. RequestThe EOC asks on-duty ED leads for status.
  2. TextEach lead gets a strm.ing link that opens only their board.
  3. UpdateThey set ED status and bed counts from their phone.
  4. ShareThe board updates for everyone in under a second.
  5. RecordThe link use is written to the audit log and expires.

From kickoff to your first exercise in four weeks

Every deployment includes guided onboarding. Every agency follows the same four-week plan.

  1. Week 1

    Kickoff

We load your facilities, roles and on-duty roster.

    • Import facilities from a spreadsheet
    • Connect single sign-on
  2. Week 2

    Configure

Set up boards, alert groups and partner links.

    • Board fields and thresholds
    • Alert groups by role and region
  3. Week 3

    Train

Short sessions for staff and a one-page guide for partners.

    • ICS position walkthroughs
    • Partner link practice round
  4. Week 4

    Exercise

Run a tabletop or drill on Stream and review the results.

    • Exercise in its own workspace
    • AAR/IP export

Partners are always free. Shelters, clinics, long-term care and dialysis centers update their status from a magic link. They never need a seat, an app or a password.
